This database contains two main tables.
Cand97 lists quarterly financial summaries for candidate committees from 1987-1997.
Pac97 lists quarterly financial summaries for PAC's from 1987-1997 .
These tables do not include itemized contribution records. Candlook and PAClook are alphabetical lists of candidates and PACS, with id numbers.
Candlay and PAClay are the record layouts for Cand97 and PAC97 with an added "REMARKS" column with explanations of some cryptically titled fields.
