Idaho:

The presence of "stragglers" in the date fields, or transactions attributed to dates outside 
the expected time frame, suggests data entry errors (i.e. someone typed "1/1/29" instead of "1/1/92")
or that there was some question about the original filing that wasn't resolved until after the end 
of the filing period. Specify the date range in your query statement to make sure you don't pick up
inappropriate records.

Also, be aware that amount fields in every table consist of negative numbers.  A negative 
contribution means the money was refunded to the contributor, a negative expenditure means the 
money was refunded to the candidate or the committee.
